You can order a cleaning service for the apartment and/or a laundry service at the reception desk in the entrance hall.
Both services will be charged separately.

• 2 monthly rents for more than 3 months rental period
Confirmation of receipt and
rental agreement upon receipt of payment
Prepayment of rent on arrival
For a long-term stay the rent is paid monthly in advance
Repayment of the deposit on departure (check-out)
Cancellation
No refund for cancellation by the tenant
